Matt Watson

Managing Director

 

The Managing Director, Matthew Watson has 18 years emergency response and incident command and control experience in the fields of aviation rescue and firefighting, military and public service fire and rescue response operations and training. Matthew has attained the Diploma of Occupational Safety and Health, Certificate IV in Firefighting Supervision (Operations) and Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training qualifications.

 

Matthew has operational experience in aviation, structural, wildfire and aerial firefighting operations, Confined Space Entry and Confined Space Rescue, Hazardous Materials response and recovery and Chemical, Biological and Radiological operations and training. Matthew has been involved with project development and implementation of emergency response vehicles and equipment and occupational safety and health program planning, consultation and training for both public and private industry.

 

Matthew has worked closely with the Housing Industry Association (WA), to develop and enhance occupational safety and health and risk management training packages for members of the residential and commercial building and construction industry.

 

 

Richard Kaminski

 

Operations Director

 

Richard Kaminski, the Operations Director, has a background in heavy industry, construction, mining, emergency services response and training and has also attained the Diploma of Occupational Safety and Health, Certificate III in Firefighting Supervision (Operations) and Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training qualifications.

 

Richard has been involved with the development of Technical and Vertical Rescue, Urban Search and Rescue, Industrial and Heavy Rescue operational procedures and training resource packages.

 

Richard has operational experience in structural and wildfire firefighting, Vertical (line) and Confined Space Rescue and Hazardous Materials, Chemical, Biological and Radiological operations.

 

Richard has also competed as a member of a successful team representing Western Australian in both the Australasian & World Road Accident Rescue Championships, over an eight year period.

 

Matthew and Richard have both attained the RAB-QSA OHS Management System Lead Auditor qualification.
